We condemn the latest crime of the occupation by threatening health facilities in the city of Gaza and the north, and demanding their evacuation towards the south of Gaza Strip.

We affirm that these threats are a clear violation of the rules of international humanitarian law, and a disregard for the protection provided for these facilities as civilian objects. These threats are rejected as they mean a death sentence for thousands of wounded and sick people present in these facilities.

We hold the international community and its relevant organizations, especially the Secretary-General of the United Nations, responsible for any attempt to tamper with these health facilities, especially since their coordinates are provided by the occupation, the Red Cross, and the World Health Organization. There will be no response to the evacuation threats, and the medical teams will remain in their positions, carrying out their humanitarian role and professional duty towards the patients and the wounded.
